Q:What is a salon suite?
A: A modern concept that differs from traditional salons by allowing beauty professionals to own their business but not be encumbered by large overhead cost, maintenance expenses, and other risks. We cover these expenses so you don’t have to!

Q. Do we offer single or double suites?
A. We only offer single suites that come in various sizes to fit your needs.

Q: How long is the lease agreement?
A: We offer a 6 or 12 month lease agreement.

Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: The security deposit is $300.
Q: How can you lease a suite at Forever Beauty?
Our rental system is easy and simple.

2. Schedule a tour.
3. Decide upon a suite.
4. Provide deposit and required documents.
5. Sign your Lease!
Q: Does the salon have a lot of walk-in traffic?
A: Forever Beauty Salon Suites is designed for professionals who already have a strong, established clientele.

Q: What are the suite facility hours?
A: 7am-11pm. Our facility has a 24/7 security controlled environment for the safety of our tenants who may be working non-traditional hours or are alone in the building.
Q: Is parking available on-site?
A: Parking is available in the front of the building.

Q: Can I decorate my room?
A: Of course! Our salon suites are a way for you to exercise your creativity however all major changes will require prior approval.
Q: How often is rent due?
A: Rent is due weekly on Friday’s by 5pm via auto draft. We do not accept cash, money orders or personal checks.

Q:What’s included in the suite lease?
A: Your rent includes one unfurnished suite with a key, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to the laundry area, waiting area, directory listing and 24/7 security camera system.
Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.
Q: What license and documents do I need?
A: The city requires all suite owners to apply for a business license.
The Georgia Cosmetology State Board requires all licensed cosmetologists, Estheticians & Nail Techs to have a salon license. Braiders and Locticians do not need to be licensed, but must have a business license. Click Here
